CORONATE® HX by Tosoh is polyisocyanate. It is a non-yellowing type of polyurethane, HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) isocyanurate rings containing compound, modified by multifunctional alcohols. <br>

<li>It has high solubility in solvents and good compatibility with polyols. </li>
<li>It is used as hardener for two-component systems and has good weathering ability. </li>
<li>CORONATE® HX is widely used in paint industry for applications like motor bike parts, automotive parts, automotive finishing and wood finishes. </li>
<li>Suitable for use in combination with NIPPOLANS or polyols (polyesters, epoxies, acrylics and other resins. Used as a binding agent for substrates. </li></ul> CORONATE® L by Tosoh is polyisocyanate. It can be modified with multifunctional alcohol for use as a crosslinker in reactive coatings. It can be used in combination with NIPPOLANS or other polyols (polyesters, epoxies or acrylics). CORONATE® L is designed for a wide range of coating applications on wooden, metallic, plastic, rubber, concrete, paper and leather substrates. CORONATE® MX by Tosoh is MDI (Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) partially converted to carbodiimide. It is easy to handle. CORONATE® 2507 by Tosoh is masked with blocking agent (phenol/ e-caprolactam). In combination with various polyols, stable one-component systems can be obtained. Suitable for PU (polyurethane) paints. Applications of CORONATE® 2507 include baking finishes for wire, coil coatings, metal, rubber and plastics. CORONATE® 1050 by Tosoh is a polyol modified isocyanate. Isocyanates are themselves produced by treating amines with phosgene via the formation of intermediate (carbamoyl chloride). CORONATE® BI-301 by Tosoh is masked with blocking agent (phenol/ e-caprolactam). In combination with various polyols, stable one-component systems can be obtained. Suitable for PU (polyurethane) paints. Applications include baking finishes for wire, coil coatings, metal, rubber and plastics. CORONATE® 1021 by Tosoh is a blended isocyanate of TDI (toluene diisocyanate) and MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate). It is specially developed for cold cure system. CORONATE® L-55E by Tosoh can be modified with multifunctional alcohol for use as a crosslinker in reactive coatings. On combining with NIPPOLANS or other polyols (polyesters, epoxies or acrylics), it can be applied in a wide range of coating applications on wooden, metallic, plastic, rubber, concrete, paper and leather substrates. Polyisocyanate. This prepolymer reacts with atmospheric moisture to produce higher molecular weight polyureas and thereby forms cured films on substrates. Used as cross-linking agent in combination with polyols. Polyisocyanate. It contains isocyanurate rings. Exhibits faster curing characteristics as compared to others. Main applications include gravure inks, metal paints and sanding sealer for woods.
