CORONATE® HX by Tosoh is polyisocyanate. It is a non-yellowing type of polyurethane, HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate) isocyanurate rings containing compound, modified by multifunctional alcohols.
- It provides resistance to high heat.
- It has high solubility in solvents and good compatibility with polyols.
- It is used as hardener for two-component systems and has good weathering ability.
- CORONATE® HX is widely used in paint industry for applications like motor bike parts, automotive parts, automotive finishing and wood finishes.
- Suitable for use in combination with NIPPOLANS or polyols (polyesters, epoxies, acrylics and other resins. Used as a binding agent for substrates.
