PowerSorb™ 3048 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 2,2’-dihydroxy-4,4’-dimethoxybenzophenone-5,5’-bis(sodium sulfonate). It acts as a light stabilizer available in yellowish powder form. It is a sulfonated, water-soluble derivative of PowerSorb™ 3049. PowerSorb™ 3048 is suitable for emulsion paint application. PowerSorb™ 928 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a low volatility light stabilizer. It is a 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-6-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenol. It offers good compatibility and high solubility. It can effectively protect coating film from light loss, cracking, blistering, delamination and discoloration. It prevents light decomposition with long-term exposure under the sunlight and protects against UV radiation. PowerSorb™ 928 is suitable for solid color paints and varnish. PowerSorb™ 384-2 by TinToll (PCC Group) acts as a UV absorber. It is a 3-(2h-benzotriazolyl)-5-(1, 1-di-methylethyl)-4-hydroxy-benzenepropanoic acid octyl esters. It can be used in combination with a HALS stabilizer to enhance its performance. It improves the durability of clear coats by inhibiting gloss reduction, cracking, color change, blistering and delamination. It is soluble in butylcarbitol, ethyl glycol acetate, butyl glycol acetate and 1-methoxypropylacetate-2. PowerSorb™ 384-2 is designed for automotive-, general industrial-, coil- and wood coating applications. PowerSorb™ 312 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a light stabilizer of oxanilide class for water- and solvent-based coatings. It is a N-(2-ethoxyphenyl)-N'-(2-ethylphenyl) oxamide. It offers less discoloring even in alkaline environment and in presence of metal catalyst residue. It is soluble in benzene, n-hexane, dichloromethane and methyl methacrylate. It is available in pale yellow colored powder form. PowerSorb™ 312 is suitable for automotive-, industrial- and architectural coating applications. PowerSorb™ 571 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a linear and branched 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-6-dodecyl-4-methyl phenol. It is a low volatility liquid UV light absorber. It exhibits good solubility in solvents, monomers, intermediates and can be incorporated in polymerization process. It is compatible with thermoplastic PUR, rigid and plasticized PVC, PVB, PMMA, PVDC, EVOH, EVA, hot cured unsaturated polyesters and spin finishes for PA, PET, PUR & PP fibers. PowerSorb™ 571 is also compatible with styrene homo- and co-polymers, elastomers and polyolefins. Recommended for coating applications. PowerSorb™ 320 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 99% pure, strong UV absorber exhibiting high degree of photostability. It is a 2-(2'-hydroxy-3',5'-di-t-butylphenyl)benzotriazole. It can be used in combination with phenolic, phosphite antioxidants and HALS to optimize performance. PowerSorb™ 320 is suitable for urethanes and nitrocellulose coating applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0%. PowerSorb™ 531 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone-based ultraviolet light absorber. It exhibits synergy with HALS and is available in slightly yellow powder or flake form. It can be used in combination with antioxidants, phosphites and other light stabilizers. It is compatible with PE, PP, PVC, PS, PC, EVA, polyurethane, olefin copolymers (EPR, EPDM) and rubbers. PowerSorb™ 531 is designed for paints and powder coatings. PowerSorb™ 1164 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a low volatility, high performance UV absorber available in pale yellow colored powder form. It is a 2-[4, 6-bis (2, 4-dimethylphenyl)-1, 3, 5-triazin-2-yl]-5-(octyloxy) phenol. It exhibits high compatibility with polyester and other resins. It offers thermal stability, extended UV absorption and superior protection against extreme processing conditions. PowerSorb™ 1164 is suitable for automotive clear coats, powder-, wood-, plastic- and high performance industrial coatings. PowerSorb™ 3049 by TinToll (PCC Group) is an efficient UV absorber offering protection from premature damage. It is a 2,2-dihydroxy-4,4-dimethoxybenzophenone. It is available in pale yellow colored powder form. PowerSorb™ 3049 is suitable for PUR furniture paints and varnishes. PowerSorb™ 3035 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a solid ethyl-2-cyano-3, 3-diphenylacrylate-based UV absorber. It is non-discoloring and chemically non-interactive with reactive monomers and metal-based polymerization catalysts. It can be used in combination with optical brighteners. PowerSorb™ 3035 is compatible with styrenic polymers (ABS, ASA, HIPS, TPE’s), PVC (rigid and flexible), polyesters, polyamides, polyurethane and acrylics. Recommended for coating applications.
