PowerStab™ 292 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a blend of bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl)-sebacate and 1-(methyl)-8-(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl)-sebacate. It is a low molecular weight, excellent hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is designed for water- and solvent-based coatings. It is available in light yellow viscous liquid form. It is soluble in butylcarbitol, depanol J, hexanedioldiacrylate, 1-methoxyprpylacetate-2 and trimethylolpropanetriacrylate. PowerStab™ 292 is suitable for trade sale paints, radiation curable acrylics, and refinish-, industrial-, coil- and wood coating applications.
PowerStab™ 123 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a highly efficient hindered amine-based light stabilizer containing acidic components. It is a bis(1-octyloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate. Its low basicity prevents interaction with acidic paints. It is available in pale yellow colored liquid form. PowerStab™ 123 provides significant improvement in coating performance by minimizing paint defects such as cracking and gloss reduction for clear coats and pigmented paints.
PowerNox™ 1024 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a 2', 3-bis [3-(3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionyl] propionohydrazide. It is a metal deactivator and antioxidant. It offers excellent extraction resistant to oil and aqueous media. It can be used as the primary antioxidant or can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants to achieve synergistic performance. It is soluble in methylene chloride, n-hexane, paraffin oil and tetrahydrofuran. It is compatible with PE, PP, cross linked PE, EPDM, elastomers, nylon, PU, polyacetal and styrenic copolymers. PowerNox™ 1024 is suitable for powder coating applications.
