Syntex -FP127 by Synchemer is a 4, 4'-bis (2-methoxystyryl)-1,1'-biphenyl. It is a highly efficient optical brightener. It is available in light yellow powder form. Syntex -FP127 is suitable for lacquers and printing inks. Syntex -OB by Synchemer is a 2,5'-bis [2-(5-tert-buty l-2 benzoxazoly)thiophene. It is an optical brightener available in light yellow or milk white powder form. It is insoluble in water and soluble in paraffin, mineral oils and ordinary organic solvents. It is compatible with thermoplastic, PVC, PS, PE, PP, ABS and acetate fibers. Syntex -OB is suitable for coatings and printing inks.
