Algoflon® L203 R by Syensqo is a low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene. Acts as a wear-, rub-, abrasion- and scratch resisting agent. It is a free flowing grade and exhibits low friction and flammability. Also exhibits good release, lubrication, anti-stick and anti-friction properties. Used for metal curtain walls, siding, roofing, gutters, window and door trim. Recommended for processing equipment, storage vessels, material handling systems and electronic applications. Also used for aircraft- and industrial coating. Algoflon® L203 R complies with REACH Regulation EU 2019/1021. Algoflon® D 1614 F by Solvay is a wetting and film forming agent. It is a PTFE dispersion and is produced without any intentional use or addition of PFOA. Designed for conventional impregnation and cast film processes. Provides high friction, heat- and chemical resistance. Exhibits excellent shear stability and high gloss. It contains no polyethoxylated alkylphenols. Suitable for both base- and topcoat. Algoflon® D 1614 F is used for automotive, industrial and protective coating applications. Algoflon® D 1613F by Syensqo is a wetting and film forming agent. It is a PTFE dispersion and is produced without any intentional use or addition of PFOA. Designed for conventional impregnation and cast film processes. Provides high friction, heat- and chemical resistance. Exhibits excellent shear stability and high gloss. It contains no polyethoxylated alkylphenols. Suitable for both base- and topcoat. Algoflon® D 1613F is used for automotive and coating applications. Algoflon® L206 by Syensqo is a medium molecular weight, PTFE micronized powder.It is finely milled grade with good control of oversize. Algoflon® L206 is used in coatings. Algoflon® L100 by Syensqo is a low molecular weight, PTFE micro powder with ultra high specific surface area. Algoflon® L100 is produced by direct polymerization. It acts as a thickener. Algoflon® L203 by Syensqo is a medium molecular weight, PTFE micronized powder grade. It acts as a thickener. Algoflon® L203 is a finely milled grade with good control of oversize. It is designed as a thickener in high-quality greases and oils. Algoflon® L206 R by Solvay is a free-flowing, low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene. Acts as a wear-, rub-, abrasion- and scratch resisting agent. Exhibits low friction and flammability. Also exhibits good release, lubrication, anti-stick and anti-friction properties. Also used for aircraft- and industrial coating. Algoflon® L206 R complies with REACH Regulation EU 2019/1021. Algoflon® L101-1 by Syensqo is PTFE micro powder acting as an abrasion-resisting agent. It comprises of loose agglomerates of sub-micron-sized primary particles. Offers improved abrasion, scratch and rub resistance. Exhibits excellent chemical and heat resistance, low surface energy and low coefficient of friction. Possesses very high surface area, low molecular weight and good blendability. It is easily deagglomerated under shear. Algoflon® L101-1 is recommended for aircraft coatings (i.e. fuselage, wings), building and construction (metal curtain walls, siding, roofing, gutters, window, door trim, wood siding and decking), protective industrial and marine coatings, processing equipment, electrical and electronics, cookware and bakeware. Can also be used in lithographic, gravure and flexographic inks, toners, overprint varnishes, packaging coatings and aluminum can coatings. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550.
