SONGNOX® CS 1035 by Songwon is a thiodiethylene bis[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate]. Acts as an antioxidant. It is odorless and tasteless. Shows excellent system compatibility and low coloring effect. Provides both primary and secondary antioxidant protection. SONGNOX® CS 1035 is compatible with PE, XLPE and wide range of organic substrates. It is listed on AICS, DSL, IECSC, ENCS, NZIOC, ECL, TSCA and PICCS inventories. SONGNOX® CS 1680 by Songwon acts as secondary antioxidant for organic polymers. It is a free flowing and exhibits excellent met flow property. It prevents induced degradation and extends the performance of primary antioxidants. It exhibits excellent color protection during thermal processing of polymers. It can be used in combination with hindered phenol, such as SONGNOX® CS 1010, SONGNOX® CS 1076 to achieve synergistic performance. SONGNOX® CS 1680 is applicable for polyolefins, polycarbonates, polyesters, polyamides and vinyl acetate copolymers. SONGNOX® CS 2450 by Songwon is a triethylene glycol-bis-3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate. Acts as a primary antioxidant. Protects the polymer against thermo-oxidative degradation during the manufacturing processes and in end-use applications. Has low volatility, good color stability and extraction resistant. Used in styrenics, synthetic rubbers, POM homo & copolymer, polyurethanes, polyamides, polyesters, MBS and PVC. Can be used in combination with other additives such as co-stabilizers (phosphites, phosphonite, lactones) and light stabilizers. The effectiveness of SONGNOX® CS 2450 with SONGNOX® CS 1680 is known to be remarkable. It is listed on AICS, DSL, IECSC, ENCS, NZIOC, ECL, TSCA, Switzerland and PICCS inventories. SONGNOX® CS PQ by Songwon is a phosphorous trichloride, reaction products with 1,1'-biphenyl and 2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl). Acts as a secondary high-performance antioxidant for organic polymers. Is moisture sensitive. Reduce gas fading and inhibits discoloration due to NOx. It gives high contribution to thermal yellowing reduction during processing and long term heat stability. shows high thermal stability and high solubility in polymeric materials as well as broad compatibility in coating polymers. SONGNOX® CS PQ is highly recommended especially for the applications where polymers and/or binders are cured at elevated temperature and need thermo-stabilization, e.g. powder coatings, coil coatings and specific solvent borne coatings (eg. automotive). It is listed on DSL, IECSC, ENCS, NZIOC, ECL, TSCA and PICCS inventories. SONGNOX® CS 3114 by Songwon is a primary antioxidant. It is suitable for solvent-borne and powder coatings.
