SPARKLE SILVET® 790-30-E1 by Silberline is a non-leafing, coarse particle size, high sparkle aluminium pigment produced in pellet form to reduce the potential for generating airborne particles. Provides improved ease of handling, dispersion and compatibility in the extrusion of powder coatings. Possesses cornflake geometry and has PE wax as the carrier. It produces strong metallic effects with medium grain aesthetics when used alone or with other pigments. Compatible with a variety of polymers, particularly polyolefin. Its particle size distribution range is controlled to produce clean chromatic effects when used with transparent pigments and dyes. SPARKLE SILVET® 790-30-E1 is suitable for use in both plastics and powder coatings applications. SPARKLE SILVET® 960-20-J by Silberline is a fine particle size, bright, non-leafing aluminium pigment based on cornflake geometry. Provides improved ease of handling and is soluble in ester and ketone solvent. The pigment pellets consist of 80% aluminium pigment and 20% aldehyde resin carrier. The aldehyde pellet carrier in it is also a good binder and enhances the resin effectiveness of many solvent borne ink formulations. SPARKLE SILVET® 960-20-J is recommended for co-extrusion metallic powder coating application and solvent, liquid flexographic & gravure inks where strong metallic effects are required. SPARKLE SILVET® 790-20-J by Silberline is a coarse particle size, high sparkle, non-leafing aluminum pigment. It is available in granular form to reduce the potential for generating airborne particles and to improve ease of handling. The pellets are composed of 80% aluminum pigment carried in a 20% aldehyde resin binder. Shows easy dispersion and has a corn flake geometry. The particle size distribution range is controlled to produce clean chromatic effects when used with transparent pigments and dyes. It produces strong metallic effects with medium grain aesthetics when used alone or with other pigments. SPARKLE SILVET® 790-20-J is suitable for use in extrusion metallic powder coating applications. SPARKLE SILVET® Premier 860-20-P by Silberline is an automotive quality medium particle size aluminium pigment pellet with silver dollar geometry. It is a non-leafing pigment with acrylic carrier. It produces a very clean, bright metallic appearance and is well suited for use with transparent pigments or dyes because of its flake geometry and the narrow particle size distribution range. Compatible with polycarbonate, ABS, ASA, acrylic and other high-end resins. SPARKLE SILVET® Premier 860-20-P is suitable for use in both plastics and powder coatings applications. SPARKLE SILVET® Premier 890-30-E1 by Silberline is a fine particle size, clean, bright automotive quality aluminum pigment. It is produced in pellet form to reduce the potential for generating airborne particles and to improve ease of handling. Provides easy dispersion and is compatible with a variety of polymers, particularly polyolefins. The pigment flake has a silver dollar geometry. The particle size distribution range is highly controlled to produce very clean chromatic effects when used with transparent pigments and dyes. SPARKLE SILVET® Premier 890-30-E1 is suitable for use in both plastics and powder coatings applications. SPARKLE SILVET® 960-20-P by Silberline is a fine particle size, non-leafing aluminum pigment pellet with polished corn flake geometry. It has acyrlic resin carrier. Compatible with poly carbonate, ABS, ASA, acrylics and other high-end resins. SPARKLE SILVET® 960-20-P is suitable for use in both plastics and powder coatings applications. SPARKLE SILVET® 790-20-E by Silberline is a medium particle size non-leafing pigment produced in pellet form to reduce the potential for generating airborne particles. Provides improved ease of handling, dispersion and compatibility in the extrusion of powder coatings. Possesses a polished cornflake geometry and PE wax as the carrier. SPARKLE SILVET® 790-20-E produces strong metallic effects with coarse grain aesthetics when used alone or with other pigments. Compatible with a variety of polymers particularly polyolefin. It is more economical but has slightly duller metallic effects and requires more aggressive processing conditions for complete dispersion. Metallic powder coatings pigmented with its granules has the benefit of no picture frame effect and offer excellent recyclability as well as penetration into recessed areas. Aluminium. It is a silver dollar pigment produced in pellet form to reduce the potential for generating airborne particles. Provides improved ease of handling, dispersion and compatibility in the extrusion of powder coatings. Compatible with polycarbonate, ABS, ASA, acrylics and other high-end resins. It is not recommended for use with polyolefin, which is more effectively pigmented with Silvet® E, Silvet E7 and Silvex® products. It produces exceptionally clean, bright metallic colors when used with transparent pigments or dyes. It produces exceptionally clean, bright metallic colors when used with transparent pigments or dyes. SPARKLE SILVET® Ultra 0017-30-E1 is suitable for use in both plastics and powder coatings applications.
