SILBERCOTE® AQ Star 022 by Silberline is a fine particle size, narrow size distribution, inhibited silver dollar aluminium flake pigment. Offers a bright face color with dark flop and excellent opacity. Using advanced techniques, silica is deposited onto the surface of the aluminium flake producing a pigment with excellent gassing resistance and stability. Is applicable for use in automotive waterborne OEM, refinish, parts, accessories, and interiors. Performs well in both electrostatic bell and also air-assisted spray applications. SILBERCOTE® AQ Star 022 is recommended for base coat/clear coat finishes resulting in excellent D.O.I. SILBERCOTE® PC 1291X by Silberline is an inorganically surface treated, non-leafing, cornflake type aluminum pigment. Provides good face color and a high sparkle appearance. It can be formulated into post-blend and bonded metallic powder coatings. The inorganic surface treatment on the flake imparts improved chemical and environmental resistance properties in the final coating. It is supplied as a dry powder to offer greater application versatility. Has coarse particle size. SILBERCOTE® PC 1291X is used in printing inks and automotive applications. SILBERCOTE® PC 6792X by Silberline is an inorganically surface treated, non-leafing, medium particle size, silver dollar type aluminum pigment. Provides a bright face color and dark flop with hiding power. It can be formulated into post-blend and bonded metallic powder coatings. The inorganic surface treatment on the flake imparts improved chemical and environmental resistance properties in the final coating. It is supplied as a dry powder to offer greater application versatility. SILBERCOTE® PC 6792X is used in printing inks and automotive applications. SILBERCOTE® AQ E2154 F2X by Silberline is a fine particle size, regular purity, lenticular or silver dollar pigment paste. It is inhibited to resist aqueous attack. The combination of its high hiding power (opacity), bright face color and dark flop provides very cost effective formulations where lower acid stain resistance can be tolerated. Used for waterborne general industrial coatings and printing inks applications. SILBERCOTE® AQ E2154 F2X is used for automotive OEM as well as refinishing coatings. SILBERCOTE® 303-20Y by Silberline is a medium size, very bright, non-leafing and lenticular or silver dollar type aluminum pigment. Imparts additional detergent resistance and adhesion properties in comparison to Silbercote Z series. It is a resin treated pigment carried in mineral spirits and provided in a paste form. It is resistant to acid and alkali staining, while providing enhanced electrical charge resistance in finished coatings. SILBERCOTE® 303-20Y is typically formulated into liquid coatings for plastic substrates. SILBERCOTE® AQ E666 F2X by Silberline is a medium particle size, high purity, cornflake aluminum pigment paste. Inhibited to resist aqueous attack. It is controlled for particle size distribution, ensuring a bright and white face tone with exceptionally dark flop effect. The close packing in basecoat films ensures maximum distinctiveness of image (D.O.I.). Used for water-based automotive paints, where circulation resistance, good color and orientation are important. SILBERCOTE® AQ E666 F2X is used for general industrial coatings. SILBERCOTE® 5245-20Y by Silberline is a medium particle size, bright, non-leafing, cornflake type of aluminum pigment. It is a resin treated pigment carried in mineral spirits and provided in a paste form. Imparts additional detergent resistance and adhesion properties in comparison to Silbercote Z series. Used in general industrial as well as automotive coatings applications. SILBERCOTE® AQ E354 F3X by Silberline is an economical, medium particle size, regular purity, silver dollar pigment paste. It is inhibited to resist aqueous attack. Offers excellent color as well as deep flop while maintaining distinctiveness of image (D.O.I.) and a significant degree of sparkle. Used for waterborne general industrial coatings and automotive OEM as well as refinishing coatings. SILBERCOTE® PC 8153X by Silberline is a fine particle size, high purity, inorganically surface treated, non-leafing, cornflake type aluminum pigment. Provides bright face color and hiding power.
