Portaryte® B 15 by Sibelco Specialty Minerals is a chemically inert barite (barium sulphate). It provides high density and high inertness in various media. It offers low oil absorption, easy wetting and easy dispersibility. It shows good chemical resistance, gloss control and UV resistance. Portaryte® B 15 is used in industrial coatings and powder coatings. Portaryte® B 10 by Sibelco Specialty Minerals is a high whiteness, chemically inert barite (barium sulphate). Exhibits very good dispersibility and low binder absorption. Due to very low silica content, it is neither abrasive nor poses any health risk (silicosis) to humans.
