Barite (barium sulphate), chemically inert. Due to very low silica content, it is neither abrasive nor poses any health risk (silicosis) to humans. Has very good dispersibility, low binder absorption and high whiteness. Used in industrial coatings, marine coatings, powder coatings and automotive applications.
