VINYBLAN® 900 by Shin-Etsu is an anionic, translucent, self-extinguishing vinyl chloride-acrylic acid ester copolymer emulsion. It has higher ratio of vinyl chloride. Exhibits excellent thermo chromic resistance and good colorant dispersion. It adds excellent chromogenic properties to paint & ink formulas and coated surfaces. Offers excellent adhesion to substrate and colorant dispersion in the absorbing layer. Shows good machine stability, low temperature stability and good heat resistance at 150-200°C. It can be diluted by water and can be mixed with various anionic emulsions. When mixed with alcohol such as methanol or IPA, it can cause gelation. Suitable for use in industrial ink-jet printing, gravure inks & spray, foaming, dipping and knife coating. Complies with REACH 1907/2006 and 2001/58/EC. VINYBLAN® 700 by Shin-Etsu is an anionic, transparent, polymerized vinyl chloride-acrylic copolymer emulsion based on Nissin's unique technology. It has been developed without using any emulsifier. Possesses outstanding chromogenic properties. Compatible with various additives and solvents. Exhibits good machine stability, low temperature stability and excellent water resistance. Offers very good colorant dispersion with organic pigments. Designed for water-borne pigmented ink for industrial ink-jet printer like large size sign/ display & textile, flexographic/ gravure ink, PVC wallpaper ink and paper coatings. Applicable for spray, foaming, dipping and knife coating. Complies with REACH 1907/2006 and 2001/58/EC. It can be diluted by water & can be mixed with various anionic emulsions and alcohol such as methanol or IPA. VINYBLAN® 700 has a shelf life of 6 months at 5°C-30°C. Commonly used as a printing ink base for vinyl chloride materials such as wallpaper, with good water resistance after film formation.
