VINYBLAN® 603 by Shin-Etsu is a self extinguishing, anionic vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion. Exhibits good transparency & machine stability, low temperature stability and good heat resistance at 150-200°C. When mixed with alcohol such as methanol or IPA, it can cause gelation. Commonly used as a printing ink base for vinyl chloride materials such as wallpaper, with good water resistance after film formation. Provides excellent adhesion to glass fiber & substrate and colorant dispersion in the absorbing layer. It can be diluted by water and can be mixed with various anionic emulsions. It adds excellent chromogenic properties to paint & ink formulas and coated surfaces. Applicable for industrial ink-jet printing, gravure inks & spray, foaming, dipping and knife coating. Complies with REACH 1907/2006 and 2001/58/EC. VINYBLAN® 603 has a shelf life of 6 months at 5°C-30°C.
