Organically modified bentonite with additives in solvent mixture. Is very effective against settling and hard sediment in solvent based coating systems with fillers such as barium sulphate or zinc dust. Is easily distributed and compatible with most paint systems. It accelerates wetting of pigments and prevents flooding, even where pigments of different specific gravity are used. The dispersion time will be shortened. It will create a thixotropic viscosity providing better processing and avoiding sagging when applied. Used in automotive coatings, industrial coatings as well as road marking paints and zinc dust primers.
