PChem® MB-9-X by Pioneer Chemicals is a flexible, biocompatible and recyclable acrylic resin produced by suspension polymerization process. Offers fast drying, good weather resistance, good pigment dispersion and UV resistance. Exhibits good optical properties such as high gloss, high light transmittance and low haze. It is soluble in aromatics, chlorinated hydrocarbons, higher alcohols, esters and ketones. PChem® MB-9-X is compatible with chlorinated rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, nitrocellulose, and cellulose acetate butyrate. It is suitable for use in coatings and inks applications. PChem® MB-6 by Pioneer Chemicals is a general purpose, biocompatible and recyclable acrylic resin produced by suspension polymerization process. Exhibits speedy solvent release, high gloss and good pigment dispersion. Offers resistance to water & salt, weatherability, and UV resistance. Shows good optical properties such as high light transmittance and low haze. It is soluble in aromatics, higher alcohols, esters and ketones. PChem® MB-6 is compatible with chlorinated rubber, vinyl resins, and cellulose acetate butyrate. It is recommended for use in road marking paints, casket coatings, marine & container coatings, plastic coatings, gravure & flexographic inks, and screen printing inks. PChem® MB-244 by Pioneer Chemicals is an acrylic resin binder for pigmented lacquer. It is produced by suspension polymerization process. Exhibits good adhesion to aluminum and PS. Provides fade resistance, good biocompatibility, high light transmission, low haze, recycling capability and non-toxicity. PChem® MB-244 shows solublility with aromatics, esters and ketones.
