PChem® MB-9-X by Pioneer Chemicals is a flexible, biocompatible and recyclable acrylic resin produced by suspension polymerization process. Offers fast drying, good weather resistance, good pigment dispersion and UV resistance. Exhibits good optical properties such as high gloss, high light transmittance and low haze. It is soluble in aromatics, chlorinated hydrocarbons, higher alcohols, esters and ketones. PChem® MB-9-X is compatible with chlorinated rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, nitrocellulose, and cellulose acetate butyrate. It is suitable for use in coatings and inks applications.
PChem® MB-17 by Pioneer Chemicals is a biocompatible and recyclable acrylic resin produced by suspension polymerization process. Exhibits good weatherability, durability, optical properties such as high gloss, high light transmittance and low haze. Offers good alcohol resistance, plasticizer resistance, and good solvent release characteristics. It is soluble in aromatics, esters and ketones. PChem® MB-17 is compatible with chlorinated rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, nitrocellulose, and cellulose acetate butyrate. It is suitable for use in plastic coatings and ink applications.
PChem® MB-6-1 by Pioneer Chemicals is a high viscosity, general purpose, biocompatible and recyclable acrylic resin produced by suspension polymerization process. Exhibits good solvent release, hardness & durability, high gloss and good pigment dispersion. Offers chemical resistance, weatherability, and UV resistance. Shows good optical properties such as high light transmittance and low haze. It is soluble in aromatics and esters. PChem® MB-6-1 is compatible with film forming resins, such as chlorinated rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate butyrate. It is recommended for use in aerosol coatings and inks.
