Curalite™ OxPlus by Perstorp is a reactive diluent for cationic or hybrid radiation curing systems. It enhances chemical resistance, hardness and lowers viscosity. It effectively increases the reactivity up to 15 times and perfect for environments with high humidity. It speeds up the reactivity, thereby reducing the need of photoinitiator. Recommended dosage for Curalite™ OxPlus in formulation is 10-40%. Curalite™ Pro Ox C50 by Perstorp is a reactive diluent for cationic or hybrid radiation curing systems. It is a pro-environmental alternative to Curalite™ Ox. It has two reactive groups: one hydroxyl and one oxetane. Curalite™ Pro Ox C50 contains 50% renewable resources and is third party certified according to the ISCC system. Curalite™ Ox by Perstorp is a reactive diluent for cationic or hybrid radiation curing systems. It is an odor free, non-skin irritating, colorless liquid. It increases the reactivity of formulation, which in turn boosts the speed of printing or coating line. It enhances chemical resistance, hardness, flexibility and lowers viscosity. It combines increased reactivity with good diluting power of epoxy resins and increases through cure and chemical resistance of the formulation. It is suitable for all types of cationic UV printing inks and overprint varnishes both for metal and plastic substrates. Recommended dosage for Curalite™ Ox in formulation is 5-20%. Curalite™ Pro Ox C20 by Perstorp (PETRONAS) is used as chemical building block or as reactive diluent in cationic UV curing. It is a low viscous colorless liquid. It is partly renewable Curalite™ Ox product, designed to reduce the carbon footprint and supports sustainable sourcing of renewable raw material. Curalite™ Pro Ox C20 contains 20% renewable resources and is third party certified according to the ISCC system.
