Bis-MPA™ by Perstorp (PETRONAS) is trifunctional compound of neopentyl structure containing two primary hydroxyl groups and one tertiary carboxyl group. It only requires small amounts to create stable dispersions, resulting in excellent water resistance. It is used in polyurethane dispersions, printing inks and waterborne alkyds. Bis-MPA™ is REACH compliant and TSCA listed.
