MELAPRET PTS 70 by Melamin Kocevje is a modified, melamine-formaldehyde resin. It improves the water resistance of water-soluble binders used for surface sized coated paper and board. It is suitable for wet-strength finishing of paper and board by surface treatment.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can also be used as crosslinkers for natural and synthetic binders in different coating formulations in a size or film press.</li>
<li>The quantity of the product required is 10-30% of the dry resin calculated on the water-soluble binder solids and in coating colors the dosages ranges
between 0.5-3% of dry resin based on pigment (atro).</li>
<li>The shelf life of MELAPRET PTS 70 is 6 months.</li></ul>
KOMELOL MM 90/H by Melamin Kocevje is a liquid grade HMMM (hexamethoxy methyl melamine) crosslinker agent. It provides outstanding compatibility and enlarges the choice of sorts and proportions of binder and solvent components.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is recommended for water and organic soluble systems.</li>
<li>It is efficient for alkyd-, polyester-, acrylic- and related resins in both water borne and solvent systems.</li>
<li>It offers excellent level of hardness, gloss, solvent and abrasive resistance to coatings.</li>
<li>For optimal curing response at stoving temperatures below 150°C, a strong PTSA-based acid catalyst is recommended.</li>
<li>The shelf life of KOMELOL MM 90/H is 12 months.</li></ul>
KOMELOL MB-92 by Melamin Kocevje is n-butanol etherified amino crosslinking agent with low methylol and low imino content. It is recommended in organic soluble systems, for stoving, acid curing and electro coating. It improves water resistance of UF wood finishes and is designed for alkyd-, polyester-, acrylic- and related resins.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers excellent hardness, gloss, solvent and abrasive resistance properties.</li>
<li>For optimal cure response at stoving temperatures below 120°C, a strong acid catalyst is recommended.</li>
<li>The shelf life of KOMELOL MB-92 is 2 years.</li></ul>
