BarrierPro® 4554 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene polymer for coatings applications. It offers excellent strength, flexibility, superior water resistance and excellent adhesion to multiple substrates. BarrierPro® 4554 is designed for clear or pigmented systems. BarrierPro® 4545 by Mallard Creek Polymers is an APEO-free, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion. It shows medium to high stiffness, high stability, hydrolysis resistance, good compatibility with fillers and pigments. It dries to form flexible, pliable and tough film of high water resistance. It can be compounded with fillers and other additives to form coatings for a variety of applications. It offers high strength film, making an excellent for blending. It is recommended for waterproof membranes, specialty paints and sealants. BarrierPro® 4545 can be used in OSB edge seal, wood, automotive underbody, metal & concrete coating and 1K membranes. BarrierPro® 4550 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a general-purpose, APEO-free, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion. It exhibits medium stiffness, high stability, hydrolysis resistance, good compatibility with fillers and pigments. It dries to form a flexible, tough film of high-water resistance. It can be compounded with fillers and other additives to form coatings for a variety of applications. It is recommended for water proofing membranes, specialty paints and sealants. BarrierPro® 4550 can be used in metal & concrete coating and 1K membranes. BarrierPro® 4555 by Mallard Creek Polymers is an APEO-free, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion. It exhibits low stiffness, high stability and hydrolysis resistance and is filler compatible. It dries to form a soft and tough film, making it excellent for water proofing where films must remain flexible at below-freezing temperatures. BarrierPro® 4555 is recommended for metal & concrete coating and 1K membranes. BarrierPro® 4551 by Mallard Creek Polymers is an APEO-free, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion. It shows excellent strength properties and adhesion to multiple construction substrates. It offers high resistance to liquid water & water vapor and high blush resistance. It provides excellent stability with dry-add inorganic fillers and sets quickly into low tack, high strength, water resistant film. BarrierPro® 4551 is also a good base polymer for blending. Designed specifically for liquid-applied membrane market for coating applications. It is recommended for metal & concrete coating and 1K membranes. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
