Mistron® Protect by Magris Performance Materials is a high-performance anti-corrosive pigment. It is properly modified to provide low oil absorption and long-term corrosion protection in demanding industrial coatings. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Offers high purity (over 99% talc content), eliminating soluble salts, while its unique ore morphology and controlled oil absorption provide low viscosity and enhanced hydrophobicity. </li>
<li>It is easily dispersible in a wide range of industrial coating resins with high loading capability. </li>
<li>Mistron® Protect is suitable for use in epoxy coating formulations.</li></ul> Mistron® Ultramix by Magris Performance Materials is a high-purity, high-brightness micronized talc. It is oleophilic and has the ability to associate with typical paint resins such as alkyds, polyesters, epoxies, amines, and polyols. <br>

It is used to extend titanium dioxide pigments and to act as a rheological control agent in paint formulations. Mistron® Vapor RE by Magris Performance Materials is a high-purity, finely micronized, platy microcrystalline talc. It improves processability, mechanical properties, and permeability resistance. It is used to reduce viscosity and nerve, and to increase extrusion rate and quality. <br>

It offers excellent anti-settling properties and superior corrosion resistance. Mistron® CF5A-M exhibits very low viscosity build, enabling high loading in low-VOC industrial coatings. Mistron® TZ-2 by Magris Performance Materials is a proprietary, surface-treated talc. It is an easily dispersible mineral pigment offering high brightness, excellent rheology, and superior patching and polishing properties. Mistron® TZ-2 is recommended for improving blush resistance in polyester gelcoat applications. Mistron® RCS by Magris Performance Materials is a high purity, brightness, 5.5 hegman-talc. It offers low oil adsorption and minimal viscosity build. <br>

<li>Mistron® RCS is designed for use in modern protective coating systems.</li></ul> Mistron® Monomix by Magris Performance Materials is a high purity, brightness, 6-hegman, micronized microcrystalline talc. It has a high surface area and tight top-size control for improved paint performance properties. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is an excellent choice for improving the cost/performance balance of solvent-borne and protective coatings. </li>
<li>This is due to its hydrophobic nature, excellent sanding and polishing properties, film reinforcement, rheology contribution, and high whiteness/brightness. </li>
<li>It disperses easily in organic resins, providing excellent coating stability and anti-settling properties. </li>
<li>It is highly recommended for alkyd and siliconized alkyd protective coatings, polyester gelcoats, polyurethane coatings, and aerosol coatings.</li>
<li>Mistron® Monomix is suitable for replacing higher-cost thixotropic agents.</li></ul> Mistron® 002 by Magris Performance Materials is a high purity, microcrystalline talc filler. It improves exterior durability and barrier properties. Mistron® 002 is suitable for architectural primers, topcoats, traffic paints, texture paints, and composite compounds. Mistron® 403 by Magris Performance Materials is a high purity, platy, cost-effective, microcrystalline talc filler. It provides barrier properties that improve corrosion resistance and stain-blocking ability. It also prevents tannin bleed and improves gloss uniformity in solid-color and semi-transparent stains. Mistron® 403 is suitable for architectural and industrial primer applications.
