Lubrizol® 2065 by Lubrizol is a phosphate ester functional epoxy copolymer dissolved in propylene glycol propyl ether. It acts as an adhesion promoter for metal substrates, including cold-rolled and galvanized steel, in direct-to-metal applications. <br>

<li>Recommended dosage level of Lubrizol® 2065 is 1-3% based on total formulation. </li></ul> Lubrizol® 2064 by Lubrizol is an overbased calcium sulfonate dissolved in mineral oil. Acts as a corrosion inhibitor designed for use in water-borne coatings. Exhibits easy incorporation. Recommended dosage level of Lubrizol® 2064 is 5-10 % and can be used at up to 40 % as a coating base in rustproofing applications. Lubrizol® 2062H by Lubrizol acts as an adhesion promoter for metal substrate. It is an isobutanol solution of acid and hydroxyl functional polymer. It improves the adhesion of a wide range of industrial coatings to ferrous metal & aluminum substrates and reduces corrosion. It shows excellent resin compatibility. It can be used for effective metal pre-treatment and to stabilize metallic pigment effects in waterborne applications. Lubrizol® 2062H is recommended for waterborne & solventborne metal, industrial & coil coatings and primers. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Calcium sulphonate. Acts as a dispersant recommended for a variety of pigments and applications. Offers improved color strength and flow. Provides increased pigment loading in concentrates. Contains no solvents or volatile compounds. Exhibits minimal effect on litho balance in offset inks. Used for offset inks, publication gravure inks, PVC plastisols and coatings. 100% active, high flash point, wax emulsifier. Offers very good solubility. Does not adversely affect performance. Allows low use levels. Acts as a demulsifier at very low concentrations. Used in coatings. 100% active, high flash point, wax emulsifier. Provides a means for controlling and fighting emulsification. Recommended for use in flush color applications and as a water up-take control additive in heatset and sheetfed inks. Lubrizol® 6406 by Lubrizol is succinimide. Acts as a non-ionic pigment dispersant for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings and inks. Offers improved color strength and improved flow. Provides minimal effect on litho balance in offset inks. Increases pigment loading in concentrates. Lubrizol® 6406 is used for offset inks and publication gravure inks and coatings. Lubrizol® 2153 by Lubrizol is succinimide. Acts as a dispersant for printing inks and coatings ssytems. Offers improved color strength and improved flow. Provides minimal effect on litho balance in offset inks. Increases pigment loading in concentrates. Lubrizol® 2153 is used for offset inks and publication gravure inks and coatings. It has a shelf life of 6 months. Lubrizol® 2061 by Lubrizol is a free acid of complex alkyl phosphate ester. Acts as an adhesion promoter. Enhances corrosion resistance. Incorporates easily. It does not adversely impact storage stability. It is also an effective metal pre-treatment and may enhance the adhesion of coatings applied to poorly prepared substrates. It reduces flash rust and improves adhesion of coatings onto metal substrates. Lubrizol® 2061 is used in coil coatings, industrial coatings based on thermosetting alkyds, acrylics, polyesters and lacquers. Lubrizol® 219 by Lubrizol is a solvent-borne, organic phosphate-zinc complex. Acts as a thin-film corrosion inhibitor. Suitable for coating applications like cold-rolled, galvanized, tin-plated and phosphated steel. Designed for use in direct-to-metal coatings and treatments. Recommended dosage level of Lubrizol® 219 is 0.5 to 3.0%.
