Lubrizol® 2062H by Lubrizol acts as an adhesion promoter for metal substrate. It is an isobutanol solution of acid and hydroxyl functional polymer. It improves the adhesion of a wide range of industrial coatings to ferrous metal & aluminum substrates and reduces corrosion. It shows excellent resin compatibility. It can be used for effective metal pre-treatment and to stabilize metallic pigment effects in waterborne applications. Lubrizol® 2062H is recommended for waterborne & solventborne metal, industrial & coil coatings and primers. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
