KEPERSURF® -195 by Kito Chemical is an oily polysiloxane with polyether modification by Kito Chemical. It acts as a levelling agent. It offers flow promotion, compatibility, defoaming property, excellent anti-crater property and anti-adhesion. It provides very high surface tension reduction, anti-scratching and extinction powder orientation in matted paint. It exhibits good transparency, anti-flooding & floating, anti-blocking & very good slip. It is recommended for wood- & industrial paints, automotive coatings and printing inks. It is suitable for water-, oil-, UV solvent based systems and varnishing. The dosage level of KEPERSURF® -195 by Kito Chemical is 0.05-0.3%. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. KEPERSURF® -157 by Kito Chemical is an acrylate flatting agent. It offers good defoaming property. It is suitable for solvent-based systems. It provides heat stability, long wave flow and very good mirror levelling effect. It is compatible with polyurethane. KEPERSURF® -157 is suitable for wood ware paint and industrial paints. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-1.0%. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. KEPERSURF® -152 by Kito Chemical is a polysiloxane with alkyl group and polyether modification by Kito Chemical. It acts as a flow and levelling agent. It provides very good recoatability without any wipe mark. It offers surface tension reduction, flow promotion and avoidance of benard cell. It is recommended for high polar coating systems. It is suitable for water-based & solvent-based coating systems. The dosage level of KEPERSURF® -152 is 0.1-1%. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. KEPERSURF® -131 by Kito Chemical is a modified polysiloxane with polyether. It acts as a levelling-, defoaming-, anti-crater and anti-blocking agent. It offers very good slip, anti-adhesion and heat stability. It shows resistance to thermal decomposition at 150-230°C. It can be diluted in alkylbenzene. KEPERSURF® -131 is suitable for baking paints and solvent-based coatings. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.8%. KEPERSURF® -155 by Kito Chemical is an acrylate copolymer. It acts as a flatting agent. It promotes film flowing and leveling. It offers good defoaming property. It is suitable for solvent-based systems. It provides heat stability and good recoatability. It is recommended for baking paint. The dosage level of KEPERSURF® -155 is 0.1-1.0%. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. KEPERSURF® -156 by Kito Chemical is a pure polyacrylate flatting agent. It offers flow promotion, compatibility, good defoaming property and anti-crater property. It provides heat stability, anti-fisheye, anti-flooding, excellent performance and good recoatability. It prevents wire drawing and broken problems. It is recommended for coiled materials and can coatings. KEPERSURF® -156 is suitable for shower coating and roller coat. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-1.0%. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. KEPERSURF® - 1702 by Kito Chemical is a polyester modified acrylic-functional silicone surface modifier by Kito Chemical. It offers slip, improved wettability, anti-blocking, avoidance of breaking and good leveling property. It is suitable for UV wood coating, roller painting and showering paint. Recommended dosage level of KEPERSURF® - 1702 is 0.1-5%. The shelf life of the product is 2 years. KEPERSURF® -154 by Kito Chemical is an acrylate copolymer flatting agent. It offers flow promotion, compatibility, good defoaming property and anti-crater property. It provides improved wetting, uniform surface tension, heat stability and good recoatability. It is recommended for baking paint. The dosage level of KEPERSURF® -154 is 0.1-1.0%. The shelf life of the product is 1 year. KEPERSURF® -1200 by Kito Chemical is an alkynedio. It acts as a wetting-and defoaming agent. It also acts as a surfactant. It is available in the form of white waxy sticky substance. It offers non-ionic structure, good foam inhibition property, good compatibility and light odor. It is suitable for high-speed roller coatings. KEPERSURF® -1200 is recommended for water-based & oil paints, printing inks and dye production. The dosage level of the grade is 0.1-2%. KEPERSURF® -116 by Kito Chemical acts as a non-silicone levelling/flatting agent and defoamer. It is a high boiling solvent available in colorless liquid form. It controls solvent evaporation speed of film. It improves solubility and gloss. It reduces prickly heat efficiency, orange skin, pinhole and crater problems. It offers good defoaming performance. KEPERSURF® -116 is suitable for UV- and solvent-free coatings. Recommended dosage level is 2-10%.
