KEPERDISP® -604 by Kito Chemical is an amine salt of polycarboxylic acid. It acts as a dispersing agent and can be soluble in higher alcohols/alkylbenzene. It controls flocculation and avoid pigment flooding, folding, settling & sagging. It increases thixotropy and can be used in middle, low to non-polarity solvent and non-solvent system. It can be dissolved in petroleum solvent and offers no effect on leveling. KEPERDISP® -604 is suitable for anti-corrosion coating base and PCB inks. Recommended usage level is 1-2% for inorganic pigment, 0.5-1% for titanium dioxide and filler.
