IZELPOL 18 X 65 by Izel Kimya is saturated, branched polyester resin. It is recommended for stoving enamels for metal with high hardness. It shows very good adhesion, flexibility, good chemical- & water resistance and good pigment wetting. It exhibits good compatibility with CAB(Cellulose Acetate Propionate), urea/HMMM resins, melamine, benzoguanamine and polyisocyanate resins. IZELPOL 18 X 65 is recommended for use in metallic basecoats and solid color topcoats for automotive OEM. It can be crosslinked with higher-reactive melamine resins in ratio from 70: 30 to 60:40 (calculated on solids). The shelf life of the product is 1 year. IZELPOL 19 XN 76 is an oil-free, hydroxyl-bearing unsaturated polyester. It can be used as a polyol component in the formulation of light-fast one-component polyurethane baking coatings with blocked aliphatic polyisocyanates. It is recommended for can coatings. It is designed to be used as a co-reactant for blocked polyisocyanates in coil coating applications. IZELPOL 19 XN 76 can be combined with aliphatic polyisocyanates, that yields one component polyurethane coil coatings. It is compatible with HMMM resins and benzoguanamine. It offers balanced hardness/flexibility ratio, good resistance against scratching & abrasion as well as excellent UV resistance. It can also be combined with other blocked isocyanates and HMMM-type amino resins. It is suitable for basecoats and clearcoats for exterior can coatings and coil coating applications for backcoat. It is a general purpose grade suitable for use in reagents for coil and metal packaging coatings. It provides high-speed curing, when combined with aliphatic polyisocyanates. It shows good flexibility, good flow and gloss properties. IZELPOL 33 NG 67 exhibits excellent durability, scratch and good resistance to abrasion.
