Matrimid® 2292 by Huntsman acts as a reactive diluent. It is a low viscosity resin with epoxy, bismaleimide, polyimides. It offers excellent mechanical properties at ambient and elevated temperatures and good toughness. It is suitable for use in coating applications. Matrimid® 2292 has a shelf life of 1825 days. Matrimid® 5292 A-2 by Huntsman is a bismaleimide. It is used with Matrimid® 5292 B to optimize processing properties. It provides high heat performance and maintains good mechanical properties at ambient and elevated temperatures. It also offers good toughness and excellent humidity resistance. It is suitable for use in coating applications. Matrimid® 5292 A-2 has a shelf life of 5 years. Matrimid® 9725 by Huntsman is a soluble thermoplastic polyimide. It is a micro pulverized version of Matrimid® 5218. It is available as a 100% solid powder. It is fully imidized and does not require high processing temperatures. <br>
