SIOResin® 521 by Guangzhou SIO New Material is a high-performance nano silicone resin. It is non-toxic, harmless, waterproof and oil-repellent. It contains special nano silicone resin, anti-graffiti additives and environmentally friendly mixed solvents. It offers excellent UV resistance and self-cleaning properties (similar to how dust on leaves is naturally washed away by rain).<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It features superior chemical resistance, acid- and alkali-resistance, anti-aging properties, oil-proof capabilities, anti-graffiti protection and long service life.</li><li> It enhances the surface with antibacterial, mildew-resistant, moisture-proof, stain-resistant and waterproof while also increasing hardness and gloss.</li><li> It offers excellent stain resistance, exhibiting strong hydrophobicity (water contact angle ~110°) and oleophobicity (oil contact angle ~30°), ensuring anti-fouling and easy cleaning.</li><li> It is durable and wear-resistant, forming a transparent protective film on surfaces with a pencil hardness of ≥9H and an adhesion rating of 0. </li><li>It is composed of pure silicone, providing anti-aging, non-yellowing and weather-resistant properties, withstands boiling water, 300°C high temperatures, polar organic solvents (alcohol, PMA, thinner), vinegar, red wine, and cola.</li><li> It maintains high transparency with additional anti-fingerprint properties.</li><li> It enables easy application through a single-component, moisture-curing system with moderate viscosity and a balanced curing speed.</li><li> It is environmentally safe, characterized by low odor, non-toxicity and non-flammability.</li><li> It is suitable for use on inert and hard-to-bond organic and inorganic surfaces, including thermoplastic plastics, advertising topcoats, powder coatings, gloss coatings, GRC, stone, wood, metal and painted surfaces. </li><li> It easily removes ink marks from pens, allowing for repeated cleaning without surface damage.</li><li> It restores and refurbishes aged coatings, eliminates swirl marks and renews old surfaces to a like-new condition.</li><li> SIOResin® 521 has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul> SIOResin® WRS-1002 by Guangzhou SIO New Material is a water-based, intumescent, fire proof silicone resin which delivers exceptional expansion and clarity. <br>

It not only improves the sensory attributes of the coating but also contributes to durability, ensuring that the soft-feel effect remains intact even after prolonged use. It has excellent compatibility and a unique release effect.<br>

It offers good and rapid defoaming, long-lasting foam suppression performance and excellent system compatibility. It is suitable for acrylic emulsion system, polyurethane (PU) dispersions, and water-based clear and color paint formulations. It should be dispersed evenly to avoid defects like fisheye or shrinkage cavities. SIOResin® 1473 is used in water-based industrial coatings, wood & furniture paints, and printing inks & overprint varnishes. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
