It improves flow properties in paints and shows better leveling and film build. It is used as an alternative to cellulose thickeners. GLOGEL GL 1246 is applicable for use in paints, carpet backing compounds, adhesives and laminating compounds. GLOGEL GR 1036 by Gold Reef Speciality Chemicals acts as a thickener. It enhances viscosity stability, imparts a thixotropic rheology and has excellent flow characteristics. It is compatible with SBR, acrylics and styrene/acrylics. Used in textile coatings. Anionic alkali soluble acrylic. Acts as a thickener. It is easy to handle and resistant to enzyme & microbe attack. It shows leveling, exceptional splatter resistance and film build.
