SIPERNAT® 898 by Evonik is a precipitated synthetic sodium aluminosilicate. It is a versatile, cost-effective titanium dioxide extender for paints and coatings
applications. It provides very good dry opacity, washability and scrub resistance and improved gloss reduction.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used in high PVC architectural interior paints, high-hiding wall primers, and DIY paints that can be applied by brush, spray, or roller. </li>
<li>It is also suitable for low-sheen premium quality wall paints, as well as breathable façade and concrete coatings.</li>
<li>It is suitable for solventborne, waterborne and direct grind.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-5%.</li>
<li>SIPERNAT® 898 has a shelf life of 2 years.</li></ul> SIPERNAT® 622 LS by Evonik is a matting agent. It offers good dispersability, transparency and smoothness. It exhibits good sedimentation behavior. This specialty silica provides good matting efficiency with minimal viscosity increase in printing ink applications. It is used in water-borne-, solvent-borne- and radio-curing ink system. Recommended dosage level of SIPERNAT® 622 LS is 1.5-15.0 % on total formulation. It has a shelf life of 24 months. SIPERNAT® 101 M by Evonik is silicon dioxide with medium surface area, moderate absorption capacity and high chemical purity. It helps to improve dot definition in thermal paper coating applications. SIPERNAT® 101 M is registered with EINECS, TSCA, AICS, DSL, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS and KECI. SIPERNAT® FPS-5 by Evonik is a silicon dioxide. Acts as a rheology modifier, matting and anti-blocking agent. Used for water-based offset printing inks. SIPERNAT® FPS-5 is registered with EINECS, TSCA, TSCA, AICS, DSL, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI and NZIoC. SIPERNAT® 320 DS by Evonik is a finely ground silicon dioxide. Used for offset inks. Exhibits good thickening and excellent flow improving properties. SIPERNAT® 320 DS is registered with REACH, TSCA, AICS, DSL, PICCS, IECSC, ENCS, KECI and NZIoC.
