SUPERSPERSE® E-TWO

SUPERSPERSE® E-TWO by Eagle Specialty Products is an APE and NPE-free versatile wetting, dispersing, and stabilizing agent. It improves gloss, maximizes color development, provides viscosity stability, and will not diminish the integrity or water resistance. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is compatible with latex emulsions, epoxies, water-reducible alkyds, polyurethanes, polyesters, and acrylics. </li> <li>It is effective with a wide range of organic and inorganic pigments. </li> <li>It can also be used in combination systems where co-grinding of pigments is required. </li> <li>It is recommended for use with natural brown oxides, synthetic iron oxides, naphthols, quinacridones, phthalo blues, phthalo greens, and lead pigments. </li> <li>Its recommended usage level is 3%-6% based upon the weight of the pigment for inorganic pigments and 5%-15% based upon the weight of the pigment for organic and transparent pigments. </li></ul>

SUPERSPERSE® EM-40

SUPERSPERSE® EM-40 by Eagle Specialty Products is a multifunctional dispersant. It is compatible with alkyds, modified alkyds, oil and alkyd modified, polyurethanes, styrenated alkyds, 2K epoxies and epoxy esters, chlorinated rubber, water-reducible alkyds, polyesters and acrylics, acrylic emulsions, PVA emulsions, and PUD. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is free of VOC and APE/NPE. </li> <li>It improves compatibility and color acceptance. </li> <li>It does not affect gloss, dry time, scrubability, or chemical resistance. </li> <li>It is used in solvent, aqueous and 100% solids systems and in industrial coatings at levels up to 10%. </li> <li>It has a recommended dosage rate of 0.5-3% to improve color acceptance and eliminate or minimize flooding and floating. </li></ul>

SUPERSPERSE® E-THREE

SUPERSPERSE® E-THREE by Eagle Specialty Products acts as a setting, dispersing, and stabilizing agent. It has low VOC and is alkylphenol ethoxylate-free. It maximizes color development, improves wetting, provides viscosity stability, and increases color acceptance. It does not promote foam production. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It can be used as the sole dispersant or as an additive to improve resin-based dispersions. </li> <li>It is effective with all types of pigments. </li> <li>It will not diminish the integrity or water resistance of the final coating system. </li> <li>Its recommended dosage rate is 5-10% when used as the sole wetting and dispersing agent and 2-3% to improve resin-based dispersions. </li></ul>

SUPERSPERSE® 95

SUPERSPERSE® 95 by Eagle Specialty Products is a multifunctional dispersing agent. It eliminates the need for additional buffers such as ammonia, TEA, or aminomethyl propanol in coating systems. It maintains a stable pH, reducing flash rusting while improving thickener performance without compromising early water sensitivity. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides improved scrub and water resistance due to the lower content of conventional non-volatile dispersants. </li> <li>It is used in both grind and letdown phases. </li> <li>It is used alongside other common dispersants in latex systems. </li> <li>Its stable pH properties reduce the occurrence of pigment flocculation in products requiring extended shelf life. </li> <li>It has very low odor and is not noticeable when properly applied. </li> <li>It is UV stable and, under most conditions, does not cause discoloration. </li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1 lbs per 100 gallons. </li></ul>

SUPERSPERSE® 3000

Provides uniform color strength, enhances system stability, and resists color float. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Dispersions based on SUPERSPERSE® 3000 can be used in trade sales and industrial coatings. </li> <li>It can be used without affecting gloss, dry time, scrubability, or chemical resistance. </li> <li>It is compatible with various paint systems, including vinyl toluene oils, oil- and alkyd-based modifiers, styrenated alkyds, 2K epoxies, chlorinated rubber, nitrocellulose, epoxy esters, and short oil alkyds. </li> <li>Recommended dosage level is 1-3% based upon total weight. </li></ul>

Provides uniform color strength, enhances system stability, and resists color float. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is widely used in traditional wet paint, ink, and caulk systems. </li> <li>SUPERSPERSE® DRY promotes the accelerated wetting of pigments and fillers. </li> <li>It is suitable for use in the manufacture of pigment dispersions and in both liquid and dry applications. </li> <li>It is recommended for a wide range of applications, including mortars, joint fillers, plasters, leveling compounds, and pigment-powder blends. </li></ul>
