It maintains a stable pH, reducing flash rusting while improving thickener performance without compromising early water sensitivity.
- It provides improved scrub and water resistance due to the lower content of conventional non-volatile dispersants.
- It is used in both grind and letdown phases.
- It is used alongside other common dispersants in latex systems.
- Its stable pH properties reduce the occurrence of pigment flocculation in products requiring extended shelf life.
- It has very low odor and is not noticeable when properly applied.
- It is UV stable and, under most conditions, does not cause discoloration.
- Recommended dosage level is 0.5-1 lbs per 100 gallons.
