Dynoadd® P-520 by Dynea is a texture/ scratch resistance agent for water-borne, solvent-borne and radcure coatings. Improves matting/ gloss control and smooth feel. Provides uniform texture. Imparts a permanent slip improvement. Possesses low refractive index, which gives the opportunity of producing textured or matt clear coats without imparting haze to the coating. Dynoadd® P-520 is used in applications like coil coatings, wood coatings and optical coatings. Dynoadd® F-701B by Dynea is a non-silicone, polymeric additive. Particularly effective as anti-foaming, air-release and anti-popping agent. Can be used in solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems independently of lacquer chemistry. It may be used in all layers in multi-layered systems. It controls surface tension in solvent based coating systems. Small additions contribute to improved flow, and a reduction in surface imperfections like craters, orange peel and pinholes. Offers good compatibility with many wax dispersions giving good performance also in highly waxed coating. Recommended for coil, general industrial, packaging and PVdF coatings. Dynoadd® F-701B is completely soluble in solvents like aromatic hydrocarbons and longer chained esters and alcohols. It has a limited solubility in glycols, and is not soluble in water. The recommended dosage rates are 0.0.5-0.2% for coil coatings, 0.1-0.2% for general industrial coatings, 0.05-0.2% for packaging coatings and 0.1-0.2% for PVdF coatings. Dynoadd® F-100 by Dynea is a silicon free polymer that acts as a flow/leveling agent, and wetting agent. Possesses very good flow and leveling. Improves substrate wetting. Eliminates defects like craters, cissing and pinholes. Offers improved compatibility in polar systems. Lowers the surface tension in the formulations. Gives improved performance in more polar solvents. Used in coil coatings, can coatings, automotive(OEM) and printing inks. Approved by FDA under FDA 21§ 175.105. Dynoadd® F-470 by Dynea is a fluoro modified silicone de-foamer and degassing agent. Dynoadd® F-470, containing a low level of fluoro polymer, eliminates air entrapment, pinholes, surface foam and prevents foaming during manufacture and application. It does not reduce transparency and is recommended for clear coats. Completely soluble in solvents like aromatic hydrocarbons, glycol ethers, esters, alcohols, shows limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons but is not at all soluble in water. Useful for thick films like floor coatings. All components are in compliance with AICS, DSL, ENCS, IECSC, KECI/ECL, NZloC, PICCS, TSCA and current REACH legislation. Storage stability is one year from the date of production when stored at temperatures below 25°C in closed containers. Dynoadd® F-707 by Dynea is a non-silicone polymer. Acts as a foam control additive. Allows instant release of surface foam. Offers anti-popping and anti-foaming properties. Effectively prevents the generation of foam. Gives no negative influence on the appearance of coatings. Dynoadd® F-707 is used in rad-cure coatings. Polyester-based siloxane modified additive. Acts as a flow, leveling and gloss additive for solvent-borne coatings. Enhances flow / leveling and gloss in clear coats and pigmented systems. Prevents craters and orange peel. Improves substrate wetting and surface slip. Offers very good leveling and overspray cratering resistance to spray applied coatings. Effectively controls surface tension in solvent-borne coatings. Significantly improves film appearance at low dosage levels. Used in wood coatings and automotive OEM repair/refinish. Dynoadd® F-101 by Dynea is a polymeric, silicon free, non-VOC, flow and leveling agent. Offers very good flow and leveling. Improves substrate wetting. Reduces the surface tension in non-solvent and solvent based coating systems. Provides improved compatibility in polar systems. Eliminates surface defects like craters, cissing, and pinholes. Dynoadd® F-101 possesses high polarity which contributes to good pigment wetting and improved adhesion in some systems. Can be used in all layers in multi-layered systems. Used in coil coatings, automotive (OEM), printing inks and radcure coatings. Dynoadd® F-3B by Dynea is a flow and anti-crater additive. Used in can coatings and printing inks. Possesses very good flow / leveling. Improves substrate wetting. Eliminates craters and pinholes. Dynoadd® F-705 by Dynea is a non-silicone and non-VOC polymer. Acts as a highly effective foam control additive for solvent-borne and radiation cure coatings. Offers instant air release. Dynoadd® F-705 provides good anti-popping, anti-foam properties. Effectively prevents the generation of foam. Reduces popping. Exhibits no negative influence on the appearance of coatings in the radiation-cured systems. Used in radcure coatings and general industrial coatings. Dynoadd® F-603 by Dynea is a non-silicone, anionic additive. Acts as a wetting and leveling agent for water-borne coatings. Improves substrate wetting. Eliminates craters, and pinholes. Imparts improved flow and leveling without the formation of foam. Dynoadd® F-603 is used in applications like wood coatings, industrial coatings, radcure and automotive coatings.
