CS -697 by Designer Molecules is a polyglycidyl ether cyclosiloxane monomer. Exhibits low viscosity, low color, low chloride content and good thermal stability. It is multifunctional, UV curable, non-yellowing and has a low epoxy equivalent weight. Highly compatible with most organic resins. Recommended for use as a base resin or diluent for epoxy formulations. Most standard epoxy curatives and catalysts will react with the CS -697. CS -783 by Designer Molecules is a methacrylated epoxy functional hybrid cyclosiloxane monomer. Used as an adhesion promoter and a multifunctional diluent. Exhibits low viscosity, low chloride content and a dual cure mechanism (can be used in free-radical polymerization as well as epoxy related cures). It is multifunctional and UV curable. The monomer is soluble in most resins. CS -783 is recommended for molding compounds, metal surfaces, and polyimide surfaces. Typical addition levels are 1-5% of the total resin.
