Drothane™ 1150 by D.R. Coats Ink & Resins is a branched, solvent free polyol based on castor oil. It can be used singularly or in combination with other polyols. It is cross-linked with polymeric MDI, HDI and other polyisocyanates. It exhibits excellent adhesion, high reactivity, hydrophobic and high hardness. Mixing ratio of polymeric MDI is 43 phr. Drothane™ 1150 is recommended for anti-corrosion coatings and medium to hard coatings for concrete and steel. Drothane™ O by D.R. Coats Ink & Resins is a low viscosity, solvent free polyol based on castor oil. It exhibits excellent adhesion, hydrophobicity and low hardness. It is recommended to use in combination with other polyols, such as Drothane™ 1150 or Drothane™ 1145. Drothane™ O is recommended for coatings flexible, coatings for concrete and steel. It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. Drothane™ 1145 by D.R. Coats Ink & Resins is a branched, solvent free polyol based on castor oil with ether linkages. It is cross-linked with MDI, HDI and other polyisocyanates. It exhibits excellent adhesion, high reactivity, hydrophobic, high hardness yet flexible, high abrasion- and chemical resistance. <br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be used singularly or in combination with other polyols such as Drothane™ 1150 or Drothane™ O.</li><li>Mixing ratio of polymeric MDI is 55-57 phr.</li><li>Drothane™ 1145 is recommended for anti-corrosion coatings, hard coatings for concrete and steel.</li><li>It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.</li></ul> Drothane™ 1160 by D.R. Coats Ink & Resins is a branched, solvent-free polyol based on castor oil. It is cross-linked with polymeric MDI, HDI and other poly isocyanates. It exhibits high impact strength, excellent adhesion, hydrophobicity and low hardness. It can be used singularly or in combination with other polyols. Drothane™ 1160 is recommended for flexible floor coatings. It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
