Drothane™ 1145 by D.R. Coats Ink & Resins is a branched, solvent free polyol based on castor oil with ether linkages. It is cross-linked with MDI, HDI and other polyisocyanates. It exhibits excellent adhesion, high reactivity, hydrophobic, high hardness yet flexible, high abrasion- and chemical resistance.
- It can be used singularly or in combination with other polyols such as Drothane™ 1150 or Drothane™ O.
- Mixing ratio of polymeric MDI is 55-57 phr.
- Drothane™ 1145 is recommended for anti-corrosion coatings, hard coatings for concrete and steel.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
