Impranil® CQ DLU by Covestro is an aqueous, anionic aliphatic polyester carbonate polyether polyurethane (PU) dispersion. It is partially bio-based, crosslinkable and has low viscosity & high solids content. It can be applied in various ways ranging from direct or transfer coating to printing processes and microfiber dipping. It is used in numerous articles such as outer wear, luggage and work clothing.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It can be used to replace petroleum-based Impranil® DLU, thereby easily achieving an additional increase in textile coating sustainability.</li>
<li>It provides a pleasant feel, high alkali-, crack- & scratch resistance as well as good adhesion properties to certain types of PVC.</li>
<li>Coatings based on Impranil® CQ DLU exhibit excellent hydrolysis resistance, very good lightfastness, and high tensile strength.</li>
<li>It is suitable for mechanical foaming and for producing synthetic materials for sports articles, technical textiles, car/automotive interiors & bags.</li>
<li>It can also be used for both intermediate and top coat.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Impranil® DL 1618 by Covestro is a low-viscosity, anionic aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion. It is a part of the INSQIN® toolbox for inkjet printing. It is an essential component of environment-friendly waterborne ink systems for textiles.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides excellent adhesion to different textile substrates and is suitable for white ink layers for heat transfer printing.</li>
<li>Impranil® DL 1618 is used in applications such as fashion and technical articles.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul> Impranil® DL 1602 by Covestro is white to slightly yellowish, anionic aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane dispersion. Suitable for applications like inkjet-, shoe upper and apparel screen printing. Impranil® DL 1602 has a shelf life of 6 months. Impranil® DL 1620 by Covestro is an anionic aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion neutralized with 2-Dimethylaminoethanol. It is a part of the INSQIN® toolbox for inkjet printing. Suitable for use in direct-to-garment (DTG), roll-to-roll (RtR) and direct-to-film (DTF) processes.<br>

It exhibits excellent filterability, good jetting performance and good transparency in supply form. Impranil® DL 1623 is suitable for printing applications. Impranil® DL 1606 by Covestro is a white to slightly yellowish, anionic aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane dispersion. It is used in shoe upper- and apparel screen printing.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is a binder with excellent anti-sagging properties and enables high white ink loads, making it suitable for white pigment inks used in inkjet printing.</li>
<li>Impranil® DL 1606 has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul> Anionic aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion. Used in textile coatings for used in the following applications such as outerwear, bags/luggage, work clothing and technical articles. Possesses very good resistance to hydrolysis. Exhibits good adhesion and good stirring stability. Imparts high lightfastness. Aromatic polyurethane prepolymer with butanone oxime-blocked NCO groups. Suitable for application by the transfer coating process as top coats, intermediate coats, foamed films and by the direct coating process as single- or double-sided coatings. Exhibits very good resistance to hydrolysis. Anionic and aliphatic polyether-polyurethane dispersion. It is a white colored dispersion in water with a solid content of approx. 50%. Offers high resilience, lightfastness and softness. Suitable for mechanical foaming. Recommended for textile coating in various areas like fashion shoe uppers, bags or luggage and outerwear. Butanone oxime-free, one-component polycarbonate ester urethane based on an aliphatic diisocyanate. Used as a lightfast coating product in the manufacture of e.g. bags/luggage, shoe upper materials, upholstery materials, outerwear and light tarpaulins. Offers very high lightfastness. Possesses outstanding resistance to hydrolysis and ageing. Provides good resistance to chemical dry cleaning.
