ORDISOL SWT-45 by Concentrol is a non-hydrolyzable polyether-polysiloxane copolymer. Acts as a flow/leveling agent. Exhibits anti-crater effect, provides slip and improves the flowability. It is dispersible in water, soluble in ethanol, TPGDA & butyl acetate but insoluble in white spirit. Suitable for solvent-borne and waterborne systems. ORDISOL SWT-45 is used in inks, clear coat and pigmented concentrates. Specially recommended for topcoat application and useful in primer/basecoat lacquers. It is highly effective at low concentrations, generally ranging from 0.1% - 1% weight, based upon total formulation. ORDISOL SWT-57 by Concentrol is a non-hydrolyzable polyether-polysiloxane copolymer. Acts as a flow/leveling agent, mar resistance agent and dispersing aid. This silicone-based grade provides friction reduction, slip, gloss enhancement, pigment treatment, mar resistance and levelling. Compatible with acrylic, alkyd, amide, epoxy, nitrocellulose, phenolic, polyester, and polyurethane and vinyl resins. Suitable for solvent-borne and waterborne systems. ORDISOL SWT-57 is used in flexographic ink (0.05%-0.2%), coatings and paints (0.2%-1%). Effective at low concentrations, generally ranging from 0.05-1% weight, based upon total formulation. ORDISOL SWT-33 by Concentrol is a non-hydrolyzable polyether-polysiloxane copolymer. Acts as an anti-blocking agent. It does not contain alkyl phenol alkoxylates (APEO's). Provides a strong reduction of the surface tension with good anti-crater & slip effect and increases the gloss. No contamination and no surface defects are expected with its use. Suitable for solvent-free, solvent-borne and aqueous systems. ORDISOL SWT-33 is used in printing inks, overprint varnishes, coating applications. This user-friendly grade is highly effective at low concentrations, generally ranging from 0.01-0.3% weight, based upon total formulation. Its dosage can be increased up to 1% in aqueous and UV systems.
