EMULTROL PS-2460 by Concentrol is an aqueous emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane. Acts as a slip control and abrasion resistant agent. It does not contain alkyl phenol alkoxylates (APEO's). Exhibits excellent emulsion stability even after dilution and good surface wetting properties. The dried film offers water repellent properties. Improves slipping and provides better resistance to mechanical abrasion. EMULTROL PS-2460 is used in coatings. Complies with FDA regulations. EMULTROL LBR-115-35 by Concentrol is a non-yellowing aqueous emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane. Acts as a slip control and abrasion resistance agent. EMULTROL CV-1485 PL by Concentrol is a non-ionic carnauba wax emulsion (vegetable wax emulsified in water). Acts as an anti-adherent/anti-stick agent. The particle size of this product is less than 1 micron which allows perfect penetration into the treated surface. EMULTROL CV-1485 PL provides high shine to varnishes, coatings and polishes. EMULTROL CV-1485 TC by Concentrol is a non-ionic carnauba wax emulsion (vegetable wax emulsified in water). Acts as an anti-adherent/anti-stick agent. The particle size of this product is less than 1 micron which allows perfect penetration into the treated surface. EMULTROL CV-1485 TC provides high shine to varnishes, coatings and polishes. EMULTROL DFM DV-1 by Concentrol is a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) emulsion. Acts as an anti-foaming agent. It is a highly stable product, compatible with a wide range of chemical products over wide pH
range (4-11). It has an excellent dispersion in foaming systems. Its long term foam inhibition effect permits usage of a single dose, with no necessity for further additions. This product can be diluted up to 1:9 in water before use. EMULTROL DFM DV-1 is used in printing. Recommended dosage: from 50 ppm to 100 ppm of pure
silicone (PDMS), depending on type of foam. This product is suitable for use in chemicals that can be in indirect contact with food. EMULTROL CP-13102 AS by Concentrol is a non ionic-anionic oxidized polyethylene wax emulsion. Acts as an anti-slip agent. Free from ethoxylated nonylphenol. This yellowish to brown liquid forms films of average melting point. EMULTROL CP-13102 AS is recommended for the treatment of surfaces such as floor polish formulations and glossy emulsions. EMULTROL DFM CP-6 by Concentrol is a blend of silicone polymers and hydrophobic silica. Acts as a water dispersible 100% active silicone anti-foaming agent. EMULTROL DFM CP-6 is used in printing inks. Typical addition levels: 0.1-1% additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation. EMULTROL CM-2358 PT by Concentrol is a paraffin emulsion. Acts as a anti-blocking agent. Highly stabliized emulsion by means of cellulosic derivatives. Gives treated surfaces sliding, anti-blocking, waterproof and anti-adherent properties. EMULTROL CM-2358 PT is specially recommended for ink formulations and varnishes. EMULTROL PS-2470 by Concentrol is an aqueous emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane.
