Prisorine™ 3503 by Cargill is a light colored, liquid isostearic acid. It consists of methyl branched C18 fatty acid isomers with smaller amounts of linear saturated fatty acids and oleic acid. It is easy to handle and offers manufacturing flexibility and improved aesthetics.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The low unsaturation and especially the absence of poly-unsaturation provides excellent oxidation resistance and color stability.</li> <li>It allows product to deform under stress and prevents cracking.</li> <li>It exhibits thermo-oxidative stability for longer product lifetime, allowing for exposure to high temperature conditions.</li> <li>It also imparts pigment wetting properties which allow high loading of pigment/fillers while bringing cost savings.</li> <li>Prisorine™ 3503 is suitable for low color applications, metallic pastes and inks.</li> <li>It can also be used in conjunction with flexible substrates.</li></ul>
