BRB Silanil® 250 by BRB International BV acts as an adhesion promoter. It is a reactive 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. Possesses both organic and inorganic reactivity, reacting with organic thermoset resins as well as inorganic minerals such as glass and silica. Used to modify polymer structure especially in surface coating resin for water-borne applications at 0.1-2 % and solvent-borne at 0.4-10 % on total monomer wt. BRB Silanil® 250 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.5-2.0 pph to promote unprimed adhesion. BRB Silanil® 294 by BRB International BV acts as a dispersing agent based on a reactive n-octyltriethoxysilane. It improves organic compatibility and water repellency on concrete, bricks and masonry substrates.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is used in coating applications.</li> <li> BRB Silanil® 294 helps to disperse inorganic fillers or pigments in organic matrix.</li> </ul> BRB Silanil® 581 by BRB International BV acts as an adhesion promoter for water-based coatings. It is an aqueous aminoalkyl siloxane solution with excellent water solubility. Suitable for inorganic substrates as primer before top coat and is recommended to wipe onto the glass or metal substrate. Improves mechanical properties and shows good product stability. Used in acrylics latexes, polyurethane dispersion and alcohol sensitive resins. BRB Silanil® 581 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.5-4.0 %wt to promote unprimed adhesion. BRB Silanil® 258 by BRB International BV is an adhesion promoter based on an epoxy silane, 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. BRB Silanil® 258 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.5-2.0 pph to promote unprimed adhesion. BRB Silanil® 176 by BRB International BV acts as an adhesion promoter designed for coatings. BRB Silanil® 176 is suitable for two part PU, two part epoxies, phenolic, PVC plastisol and silicone to glass and metal surfaces. BRB Silanil® Si40 by BRB International BV is a silica-gel like binder for substrate strength enhancement. It is a hydrolyzed and oligomerized tetraethoxysilane-40. It can be diluted or applied as part of a formulated product like surface coating on natural stones or other construction materials. BRB Silanil® Si40 is used as a hardcoat solution on glass and polycarbonate lens for scratch resistance improvement. BRB Silanil® Si28 by BRB International BV acts as a binder for inorganic fillers and pigments in precision casting and coating. It is a reactive tetraethyl orthosilicate. Suitable for hardcoat solution on glass or polycarbonate lens for scratch resistance and and as a component in zinc-based primer in anti-corrosion systems. BRB Silanil® Si28 is compatible with a wide range of organic solvents. BRB Silanil® 919 by BRB International BV acts as an adhesion promoter for coatings on glass and metal surfaces. It is a reactive 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Possesses both organic and inorganic reactivity and can react with organic resins and elastomers as well as with the surface of inorganic materials such as fiberglass and silica. BRB Silanil® 919 is recommended at a dosage level of 0.2-2 pph to promote unprimed adhesion. BRB Silanil® 919 HP by BRB International BV is a high purity adhesion promoter designed for paints and coatings. It is a reactive 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane that improves adhesion performance between fiber glass and matrix of resins. BRB Silanil® 919 HP is recommended for acrylic, epoxy, phenolic, unsaturated polyester, PU, melamine, PA and PVC. BRB Silanil® 1479 by BRB International BV acts as an adhesion promoter. Exhibits low VOC, less by products, low odor and less yellowing to resins.<br>
