V-Cap™ /TP by Ashland is a reactive monomer used as a versatile, low-viscosity reactive diluent. It can be handled as a super-cooled liquid and remains stable in liquid form at room temperature for extended periods. It offers faster cure speed, improved adhesion, and enhanced hardness. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It also imparts hydrophobicity and surface activity owing to its unique seven-membered ring structure.</li>
<li>V-Cap™ /TP is used in inks such as screen and inkjet inks, and in specialty coatings including vinyl flooring, wood coatings, and release coatings.</li></ul> V-Cap™ RC by Ashland is N-vinyl-2-caprolactam. It accelerates UV curing rates as the reactive diluent. Used in UV-curing inks (silk screening), vinyl flooring, wood- and release coatings.<br>
