BactiBlock® is a series of antimicrobial additives for polymer-based raw materials. The technology is based on purified and modified phyllosilicate clay which is used as a performance-enhancing carrier of the silver antimicrobial agent. The additives prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, fungus, and other microorganisms. The additives are delivered in form of micronized powder, dispersion or masterbatch.
