LUMIFLON® LF810 by AGC is a fluoroethylene-alkyl vinylether alternative copolymer. It is a high molecular weight, low OH number fluoropolymer resin. It is formulated without crosslinkers, yielding coatings with extremely high weatherability and corrosion resistance. Potential applications of LUMIFLON® LF810 includes architectural, industrial maintenance and bridge coatings. It is notified as PMN No.P86-0639 under the TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) Inventory. LUMIFLON® LF710F by AGC is a fluoroethylene-alkyl vinylether alternative copolymer designed for powder coatings. Exhibits weathering resistance, chemical & water resistance and outstanding UV (ultraviolet) stability. It is a solvent-soluble resin that is insoluble in water. Available as translucent pale yellow flakes. Suitable for high or matte finish powder coatings. Potential applications include architectural (window frames & construction panels) coatings, heavy equipment coatings, and clear coats for automotive and aerospace applications. LUMIFLON® LF710F can be crosslinked with standard aliphatic blocked isocyanates. It is listed on the TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) inventory. LUMIFLON® LF600X by AGC is a FEVE (fluoroethylene-alkyl vinyl ether) alternative copolymer with moderate OH functionality. It shows good adhesion to primers, fiberglass, plastics, and composites. It can be diluted in xylene. LUMIFLON® LF600X is curable at both ambient and elevated temperatures. It is suitable for shop and field-applied coatings. It is also used in coil-, architectural-, and plastics coatings. LUMIFLON® FE4300 by AGC is a FEVE (fluoroethylene-alkyl vinylether) alternative copolymer. It is a milky-white water-based emulsion with low hydroxyl functionality. Offers high gloss, outstanding weatherability, chemical resistance, outstanding UV (ultraviolet) stability and good adhesion to primers. Shows solvent compatibility and cross-linking sites. Compatible with standard acrylic resins to substantially improve weathering. LUMIFLON® FE4300 is recommended for field applied architectural, concrete and direct-to-metal coatings. It is notified as LVE No.L00-0215 under the TSCA Inventory Regulation. Enables reduction in the total maintenance cost such as repainting or cleaning. It is listed on the TSCA Inventory. LUMIFLON® LF552 by AGC is a high molecular weight fluoroethylene-alkyl vinylether (FEVE) alternative copolymer. It is a moderate OH number resin dissolved in a blend of cyclohexanone and aromatic 150 solvent. Shows pigment compatibility and excellent adhesion to metals and primers. Offers excellent flexibility for improved fabrication properties, high gloss, weather resistance, chemical resistance and outstanding UV stability. LUMIFLON® LF552 can be used with blocked isocyanates in shop applied coil coatings. Recommended for coil coatings and architectural coatings. Listed on the TSCA Inventory.
