LUMIFLON® FE4300 by AGC is a FEVE (fluoroethylene-alkyl vinylether) alternative copolymer. It is a milky-white water-based emulsion with low hydroxyl functionality. Offers high gloss, outstanding weatherability, chemical resistance, outstanding UV (ultraviolet) stability and good adhesion to primers. Shows solvent compatibility and cross-linking sites. Compatible with standard acrylic resins to substantially improve weathering. LUMIFLON® FE4300 is recommended for field applied architectural, concrete and direct-to-metal coatings. It is notified as LVE No.L00-0215 under the TSCA Inventory Regulation. Enables formulators to meet VOC (volatile organic compound) and HAPS (hazardous air pollutants) regulations on many solvents in the U. S.
