EXOCOAT™ Ceramic Coil by Axcentive is a high-performance preceramic coating resin used to create durable anti-graffiti coil coatings. It is PFAS-free, very hydrophobic and oleophobic, non-stick and repellent, with strong substrate bonding, and features an abrasion-resistant ceramic layer. It also meets G0 anti-graffiti standards according to NF 31-112.
- It can bond to coating layers based on polyester or polyurethane to form an anti-graffiti finish.
- It provides good outdoor resistance, excellent anti-graffiti and anti-corrosion properties notably on aluminum sheets.
- It serves as an excellent replacement for FEVE resins.
- It is primarily used in glossy clear coatings but may be matted.
- It is suitable for anti-graffiti coatings, including topcoat over digitally printed metal, topcoat over polyester coatings, topcoat over polyurethane coatings and direct-to-metal coatings.
- EXOCOAT™ Ceramic Coil has a shelf life of 1 year.
- It complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH) and is registered in the inventories such as CAS, EINECS, TSCA, AICS, CEPA, and MITI.

Ceridust® 2020

Ceridust® 2020 by Clariant is a PFAS/PTFE-free dispersing agent and degassing agent in powder coatings. It is a micronized synthetic wax recommended for solvent-based coatings and inks. It also acts as a processing agent increasing the output and flowability of the powder and matting agent.

Paraformaldehyde

Paraformaldehyde by Balaji Formalin is a white crystalline solid monomer in prills form. It is composed of varying molecular weight polymers of polyoxymethylene glycols. The combined water is the terminating agent for the paraformaldehyde chains. Once dissolved, it behaves like the methanol-free formaldehyde solution of the same concentration. It reacts chemically as formaldehyde at a rate determined by its rate of depolymerization under the conditions of use. It is used in coatings. It complies with REACH and CLP regulations. Paraformaldehyde has a shelf life of 12 months.

RelcaLink® 70 by Stahl is a PFAS- and VOC-free crosslinker based on polycarbodiimide. It is NMP-, NEP- an DMF-free grade. It enhances water-, chemical-, stain-, abrasion- and mar-resistance. It is a non-yellowing, label-free, and suitable for water-based system. It crosslinks carboxyl-functional polymers at room temperature.
- Provides 64% reduction versus NCO (isocyanates) and 35% reduction versus melamine and aziridine.

AQUACER 497 by BYK is a non-ionic, PFAS-free aqueous emulsion of paraffin wax. The additive improves water repellency and anti-blocking in aqueous coatings, it also increases surface slip. AQUACER 497 is recommended for architectural & leather coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes. Recommended dosage is 1-3% for coatings and 2-5% for printing inks.

Lattice® NTC-90

Lattice® NTC-90 by IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences acts as a rheology modifier, stabilizer, suspending- and thixotropic agent. It is designed for suspension concentrates and water-based paints, coatings and inks. It is a microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose (MCC/CMC) colloidal grade. It offers improved leveling, sagging and homogeneity of formulations. It ensures consistent performance and provides excellent freeze/thaw stability, long shelf life, and wide pH compatibility. It is safe and made from renewable resources.
- It creates an insoluble 3-dimensional network after activation with low shear, entrapping other components and stabilizing emulsions and suspensions.

- Lattice® NTC-90 is not tested on animals and is not listed in California Proposition 65.
- It does not contain APE, aflatoxin, allergen, aluminum, artificial flavor, BSE/TSE, bisphenol derivatives, CMR substances, caffeine, dioxane, dioxin, dye, ethylene oxide, gluten, glycerin and hormones.
- It is also free from iodide, irradiation, latex, monosodium glutamate (MSG), natural latex rubber, odor, PAH, PFAS, PFOA, PFOS, PHO (partially hydrogenated oil), PVC, palm oil, paraben, pesticide, phthalates, plasticizer, potassium, preservative, quaternary ammonium salt, sugar and tributyltin (TBT).
