RelcaLink® 70 by Stahl is a PFAS- and VOC-free crosslinker based on polycarbodiimide. It is NMP-, NEP- an DMF-free grade. It enhances water-, chemical-, stain-, abrasion- and mar-resistance. It is a non-yellowing, label-free, and suitable for water-based system. It crosslinks carboxyl-functional polymers at room temperature.
- Provides 64% reduction versus NCO (isocyanates) and 35% reduction versus melamine and aziridine.
- RelcaLink® 70 is designed for interior and exterior automotive, flooring, coil coating, metal pre-treatment, building and construction, film, paper and specialty coating applications.
- Recommended usage dosage is 4-8% on binder formulation.
