SYNTRAN® PUC 6224 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is a cationic, aqueous, one-component, aliphatic polyester-type polyurethane dispersion (PUD) with DMF. It offers high gloss, good adhesion as well as excellent corrosion-, scratch-, abrasion and weather resistance.
- It is a self-emulsifying that films easily at relatively low temperatures and shows no migration because it is surfactant-free.
- It is used in metal coatings including base & topcoat for cold-rolled steel strip (GI type) and mineral substrates.
- It is also used as a binder for pigments and inorganic fillers.
- The shelf life of SYNTRAN® PUC 6224 is 12 months.
