SYNTRAN® PU 6115 by Zschimmer & Schwarz is an anionic, water-based, one-component, aliphatic polyester/polyether-type polyurethane dispersion with NMP. It is a self-emulsified grade which films easily at relatively low temperatures. It offers greatly improved slip, soft touch and excellent polishing properties.
- It provides good adhesion, high gloss, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent weatherability.
- It is also used as a binder for pigments and inorganic fillers.
- SYNTRAN® PU 6115 is suitable for metal coatings, base and topcoat for cold-rolled steel coil (EG, GL type).
- It shows very good compatibility with polymer formulations.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months.
