SOLAPLEX® WEB Zirconium 12%

Contains special complexing and reactive emulsifiers which allows spontaneous emulsification. Can be used in oxidatively drying systems based on water emulsifiable or water soluble alkyd resins and also provide better compatibility in water-borne paints. Can be added during the let-down stage of the paint production. Recommended to pre-mix the product with the resin, the thickening agent or to add it to an aqueous emulsion (approx. 10%). This reduces the risk of flocculation or coagulation. Recommended usage level: 0.8 - 2.5% based on resin solids and 0.5 - 1.3% NUODEX WEB Cobalt 8%.
